Return the Tracking Device:

Upon approval of your return request, you will receive further instructions.

Carefully package the tracking device to avoid any damage during transit.

Inspection and Refund Issuance:

Once we receive the returned tracking device, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition.

If the device meets the return criteria, we will process your refund minus a $30 restocking fee. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will only be issued after we receive and inspect the returned tracking device.

Devices that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

A $30 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all returned tracking devices.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
